Jesus Christ Superstar Poster

Jesus Christ Superstar

Design Objectives

To create a Poster for Drama’s Play Production “Jesus Christ Superstar”. This poster must symbolize a rock rave, and have no references to Jesus other than a silhouette.

The Ideal Concept:

“We wanted to market the show like a concert at a club. Jesus is in a band-called ‘Nazareth’ and he also owns a club called ‘The Temple’. He is an activist who civilly protests against the government through music and dance. The poster needs to read like a club promotion poster.”
